• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged during delivery).

How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process if eligible.
3. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your items are safely delivered back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at thaisextoyshop@outlook.co.th. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, at no extra charge.
